10 g contains: camphor 2.123 g, menthol 1.063 g, peppermint oil 1.313 g, cajeput oil 0.527 g, basil oil (Ocimum) 0.327 g, cinnamon oil 0.133 g. Excipients up to 10 g: yellow beeswax, petrolatum, liquid paraffin, lanolin, beta-carotene.
Directions for use:
- Apply a small amount of balm in a thin layer to clean and dry skin and spread gently.
- Suitable for precise application to the temples, under the nose, on the neck or on the skin after spending time outdoors.
- For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Warnings:
Individual sensitivity to the ingredients is possible. Do not apply to damaged skin. Keep out of the reach of children. Stop using if irritation occurs. Do not use on children under 3 years of age. Cao Sao Vang is applied to specific spots: take a very small amount, literally the size of a pea, and rub it into the desired area with a fingertip. The main areas of application mentioned in the tradition of using such balms are the temples, the back of the neck, the area under the nose, and small areas of the body where a warming or counter-irritant effect is wanted.
The balm contains camphor, menthol, cajeput oil, basil and cinnamon, all of which are potent essential oils and extracts. The balm must not be used on children under 3, or by people with a history of epilepsy or febrile convulsions, or with asthma or other respiratory diseases. For older children and for pregnant and breastfeeding women, using products like this requires consulting a doctor first: camphor and menthol in high concentrations can cause unwanted reactions in children.
