"MIRROLLA" Fitocystin Aktiv is a food supplement with plant extracts. The product is a source of arbutin, flavonoids, polyphenolic compounds, saponins and essential oils.

INGREDIENTS: sweetener: sorbitol (E420), lingonberry leaf extract (Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.), field horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense L.), fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), lovage root extract (Levisticum officinale L.), knotgrass extract (Polygonum aviculare L.), parsley root extract (Petroselinum crispum L.), goldenrod extract (Solidago canadensis L.), birch leaf extract (Betula pendula L.), couch grass extract (Elytrigia repens L.), purified water, flavourings (sage essential oil, peppermint essential oil, pine essential oil, orange essential oil), stabiliser: corn starch, stabiliser: agar (E406), acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), preservative: potassium sorbate (E202), preservative: sodium benzoate (E211).
RECOMMENDED DAILY AMOUNT AND DOSAGE: Daily dose 15 g. For adults, dissolve 1 teaspoon (5 ml) in advance in 100 ml of warm water, take 3 times daily after meals. Shake before use. Period of use - 1 month. May be repeated if necessary.

- Flavonoids (calculated as rutin) - 15 mg
- Polyphenolic compounds (calculated as gallic acid) - 45 mg
- Saponins - 4.5 mg

This is already a ready-made mix in gel form: just stir a spoonful into water and that is it. The smell is quite rich, you can notice mint and herbs, and the taste is a little specific but not unpleasant. For me, it is a plus that it is not just one ingredient, but a whole herbal complex. I would not say this product is for everyone, but I liked the format.
