Usage: Pour 1 tablespoon of the herb with 1 cup of boiling water, cover, and keep in a water bath for 15-20 minutes. Then strain and add boiling water to a volume of 200 ml. Drink 1/3 cup 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
Contraindications: Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in case of individual intolerance.

To prepare an infusion from LEKRASET dried lungwort herb, a water bath is used: pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of the herb, cover and keep in a water bath for 15–20 minutes. Then strain the infusion and top it up with boiling water to a volume of 200 ml.
Although dried lungwort herb is a plant material with a long history of use in European herbal practice, it should be approached mindfully in a number of cases.
Loose dried herb is whole plant material without additional processing. The main difference from capsules and syrups is that you prepare the infusion yourself according to the recipe on the pack — 1 tablespoon of herb per cup of boiling water, 15–20 minutes in a water bath — and get a warm drink without any additives.
