Usage: Pour 1 tablespoon of the herb with 1 cup of boiling water, cover, and keep in a water bath for 15-20 minutes. Then strain and add boiling water to a volume of 200 ml. Drink 1/3 cup 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
