Lekraset herbal tea "Chest", 50 g
DESCRIPTION: The chest herbal blend has anti-inflammatory, soothing, and expectorant properties, and it promotes the secretion of bronchial glands. It is used for upper respiratory tract diseases.
NET WEIGHT: 50 g
INGREDIENTS: Licorice root – 10%, coltsfoot leaves – 30%, peppermint leaves – 30%, plantain leaves – 30%.
USAGE: Place 1 tablespoon of the herbal blend into an enamel-coated dish, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water over it, cover, and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Cool, strain, and press the herbs. Adjust the volume to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
WARNINGS:
- Do not use in case of individual intolerance to any ingredients.
- Discontinue use and consult a doctor in case of allergic reactions.
- Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

The LEKRASET formula is built on a combination of several plants, and each of them is traditionally added to chest blends for certain properties:
According to the instructions, 1 tablespoon of the blend is placed in an enamel container, 200 ml of hot boiled water is poured over it, and it is heated in a water bath under a lid for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time. The infusion is then cooled and strained, the plant material is squeezed out, and the volume is topped up with boiled water to 200 ml.
