Ingredients
Milk thistle seeds – 20%, licorice root – 10%, rose hips – 10%, flax seeds – 10%, calendula flowers – 10%, yarrow herb – 30%, bupleurum herb – 10%.
Preparation
Pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over 1 tablespoon of the blend, heat in a water bath for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool, strain, and add water to restore volume to 200 ml. Take 1/2 cup 2–3 times daily 30 minutes before meals.
