VH.Nutra Liver Tone is a food supplement in capsules. The product contains plant extracts and nutrients: dandelion root extract, milk thistle seed extract, artichoke leaf extract, N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), L-glutathione, choline, vitamin B6 and selenium. Vitamin B6 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and selenium helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
The formula contains standardised milk thistle seed extract with 80% silymarin and 30% silybin, and artichoke leaf extract with 5% cynarin. The convenient once-daily capsule form is suitable for supplementing daily nutrition according to the instructions.

INGREDIENTS: dandelion root extract (Taraxacum officinale); capsule shell: bovine gelatine, purified water; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC); L-glutathione; milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum), standardised to contain 80% silymarin and 30% silybin; choline (choline bitartrate); artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus), standardised to contain 5% cynarin; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl); selenium (sodium selenite). The product may contain: milk, including lactose, soya, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
RECOMMENDED DAILY AMOUNT AND DOSAGE: Take 1 capsule once daily with water.

Customer Questions
The capsules are recommended to be taken one per day, with a sufficient amount of water. It is most convenient to take a capsule at the same time every day. This is especially relevant with a busy schedule and irregular eating, since the plant extracts (milk thistle, artichoke, dandelion) and the fat-metabolism ingredients (choline, vitamin B6) work better in combination with digestion.
Each plant extract in the formula has a specific function. Milk thistle contains silymarin and silybin, compounds traditionally used in supplements to support the liver. They help cells cope with oxidative stress, which is especially important under loads connected with fat metabolism.
Compatibility depends on the specific components. NAC and glutathione take part in the body's natural antioxidant processes, so they can be combined with vitamins C and E if these supplements are already in your diet. Vitamin B6 and selenium are also safe in combination with multivitamin complexes.
