The capsules are recommended to be taken one per day, with a sufficient amount of water. It is most convenient to take a capsule at the same time every day. This is especially relevant with a busy schedule and irregular eating, since the plant extracts (milk thistle, artichoke, dandelion) and the fat-metabolism ingredients (choline, vitamin B6) work better in combination with digestion.

The product may be combined with other supplements that contain plant extracts, but avoid duplicating active components (for example, separate supplements with silymarin or NAC). Store in a tightly closed package at a temperature from +5 °C to +25 °C, away from heat, moisture and sunlight, out of reach of children.
