RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE AND DOSAGE: Adults take 1 tablet daily with water.

HERBIN LIVER 3 is a complex for supporting the liver, fat metabolism and digestive comfort. One tablet combines artichoke extract, milk thistle and choline - three components that complement each other well and make the formula especially relevant after periods of heavy eating, a high intake of fatty foods, festive meals or simply an unbalanced diet.
Milk thistle has long been used in formulas for liver support. Its seeds contain silymarin - a complex of natural substances studied in connection with antioxidant protection of liver cells and support of normal liver function. In HERBIN LIVER 3, milk thistle is presented in extract form, so each tablet already contains a concentrated plant-based form.
Artichoke complements the complex from the digestive side. Its leaf extract is traditionally used in products intended to support bile flow and more comfortable digestion of fatty foods. This is why artichoke is especially relevant when heaviness appears after meals or when the diet is often too rich.
Choline brings the formula together. It helps maintain normal liver function and contributes to normal fat metabolism. This is especially important when the diet contains a lot of fatty food and there is little physical activity. Together, milk thistle, artichoke and choline create a compact formula with a clear focus: support for the liver and metabolic processes without dozens of unnecessary ingredients.
HERBIN LIVER 3 is convenient for course use: just one tablet a day. The daily dose contains 150 mg of artichoke extract, 100 mg of milk thistle extract and 80 mg of choline.
