HERBIN Artichoke is a food supplement in tablet form containing artichoke leaves, artichoke extract with 5% cynarin and fructooligosaccharides derived from chicory root.
NET QUANTITY: 100 tablets / 50 g
INGREDIENTS: artichoke leaves, artichoke extract (Cynara scolymus, 5% cynarin), fructooligosaccharides (from chicory root), bulking agent: calcium phosphate, maltodextrin, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE AND DOSAGE: Adults take 1 tablet 2-3 times a day with meals.

What are "HERBIN" Artichoke tablets?
"HERBIN" Artichoke tablets N100 are a herbal food supplement whose active ingredient is artichoke (Cynara scolymus) leaf extract. The artichoke has been known in Mediterranean cuisine since antiquity: physicians of Ancient Rome and Greece valued the plant for its bitter compounds, which are today also the most thoroughly studied part of its composition.
The tablet form of the Herbin brand is convenient for those who want a standardised amount of plant extract without preparing infusions or tinctures. One tablet replaces a considerable amount of fresh plant material, which makes this format especially suitable for people who travel a lot or who do not like the strong bitter taste of artichoke.
Main active compounds
The main active compounds of artichoke leaves are cynarin, chlorogenic acid and flavonoids. Cynarin gives the leaf its characteristic bitter taste and belongs to the group of bitter compounds traditionally associated with the natural stimulation of digestive processes. Bitter compounds act on the taste buds already in the mouth and help the body get ready for richer or heavier food.
