LEKRASET Kuldne jänesekõrv ürt 50 g by Лэкрасет is a herbal tea made from golden rabbit-ear herb, a plant traditionally valued in folk herbal practice when people want a bitter, plant-based infusion for the liver–bile system and after periods of heavy meals. Herbs from this group are usually chosen for their naturally bitter compounds, which stimulate digestive secretions and help bile move more actively. This is why such teas are often included in a seasonal wellness plan focused on digestive ease and appetite.
The main interest in this herb lies in its broad set of plant substances: bitters, flavonoids and other protective compounds. In simple terms, bitters signal the body to produce more digestive juices, while flavonoids are known for their antioxidant and soothing action on tissues. Because of this combination, the infusion is often used by people who want a herbal drink that feels warming, tonic and suitable after rich food, during reduced appetite, or when digestion feels sluggish.
Another practical point is the tea form itself. A water infusion extracts the more soluble compounds gently, making it an easy way to include herbs in a food-first approach. Many people prefer this format when they want a traditional botanical rather than capsules or concentrated extracts. It may suit those who enjoy herbal teas as part of a calmer eating pattern, especially during times of irregular meals, seasonal fatigue or a heavy menu.
As with many bitter herbs, this tea is not for everyone. If you have gallstones, bile duct obstruction, stomach irritation, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take regular medication, it is wise to speak with a healthcare professional before use. Stop use if the herb does not suit you individually.
