Method of preparation and use: Brew 1 tablespoon of viburnum fruits with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, leave for 1.5-2 hours, strain. Take 1/2 cup 2 times a day before meals.
Contraindications: gout (acids in the bark have a bad effect on the joints); kidney disease (urolithiasis); arthritis; thrombophlebitis; phlebeurysm; increased blood clotting, and a tendency to thrombosis; hypotension (especially when drinking juice with honey); increased acidity of gastric secretion; allergic reactions to vitamin C.
