Composition: black seed oil 200 mg, refined sunflower oil 173 mg, turmeric extract (20% curcumin) 125 mg, shell (food gelatin binding agent, glycerin moisture-retaining agent, citric acid acidity regulator), tocopherol mixture antioxidants.
Dosage: for adults, take 2 capsules once a day during meals. Content per daily dose (2 capsules): curcumin 50 mg 100%*. Nutrient levels based on the daily needs of adults.
