Key Ingredients
- Four-petaled rhodiola rhizomes and roots – a traditional adaptogen from northern and Siberian herbal traditions to support steady stress adjustment
- Rose hips – providing plant compounds like vitamin C and polyphenols for immune support during recovery periods
- Licorice root – adding a softer taste and historical use in soothing blends, especially in colder months
- Bergenia leaves and knotgrass herb – contributing tannins and phytochemicals for a grounding, slightly astringent profile
Why This Combination?
This blend is designed to work synergistically rather than relying on a single active ingredient. Rhodiola supports adaptation to stress, rose hips offer antioxidant benefits, and the other herbs add depth to create a traditional plant-based composition that complements the body’s natural resilience.
When to Choose
- During seasonal strain or busy schedules
- After periods of physical or mental exhaustion
- In demanding work periods when a simple plant-based beverage is preferred
How to Use
This loose herbal tea is prepared as a classic infusion. It fits into seasonal self-care routines, such as during colder weather, after travel, or during high-stress times. Users should start attentively and avoid prolonged use without breaks if new to herbal blends.
Important Notes
- Individual sensitivity may occur due to herbal variability
- Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, managing chronic conditions, or taking regular medication

Customer Questions
This is a loose herbal blend, so it is prepared as a classic infusion rather than a quick tea bag steep. Use roughly one heaped teaspoon (about 2–3 grams) per cup of 250 ml of water. Bring the water to a full boil, pour it over the herbs, and cover the cup. Because the blend contains roots and rhizomes alongside leaves, a longer steeping time of 10 to 15 minutes is recommended — the denser root material needs more time to release its compounds than soft leaves alone. Covering the cup during steeping helps keep the volatile components in the liquid.
The flavour comes from the combination of ingredients. Rose hips contribute a mildly fruity, tart note that brightens the cup. Licorice root adds a natural, soft sweetness that rounds off the edges. Bergenia leaves and knotgrass herb bring tannins, which create a slightly astringent, grounding mouthfeel. The root adds a subtle, earthy undertone. Overall, it is not a sweet or fruity tea — it is closer to a traditional, earthy herbal infusion with a gentle tartness and a dry finish.
This blend fits into seasonal self-care routines — for example, during colder weather, after travel, or during high-stress periods. It is not intended for continuous, month-after-month daily use. A reasonable approach is to use it for a few weeks during a demanding period, then take a break of at least a week before resuming. This gives you time to observe how your body responds and avoids prolonged daily intake of the adaptogenic herbs and licorice root.
Because this blend contains licorice root and adaptogenic herbs, it is not suitable for everyone. Consult a professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a chronic condition, or taking regular medication. Licorice root in particular can interact with certain medications — including blood pressure and diuretic treatments — and may affect potassium levels in some people. This is general knowledge about licorice, not a claim about this specific product.
