Directions for use
Loose blend, 50 g: pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over 1 tablespoon of the blend and heat in a water bath for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Cool and strain. Squeeze the remaining raw material. Bring the volume of the resulting infusion to 200 ml with boiled water. Take orally 1/3 cup 3 times daily, 30 minutes before meals.
Filter bags: pour 1 glass of hot water over 2 filter bags and let infuse for 30 minutes. Take 1/3 cup 3 times daily, 30 minutes before meals.
