LEKRASET Lavendliõied 25 g
LEKRASET Lavendliõied 25 g is dried lavender flowers for preparing a herbal infusion at home. People usually choose lavender when they want a mild plant-based drink with a soft floral aroma, especially in the evening or during periods of tension, a busy schedule, or mental overload. In traditional herbal use, lavender has long been appreciated as a calming herb that helps create a more settled state.
Key Components and Sensory Experience
The value of lavender flowers lies in their naturally occurring aromatic compounds, especially essential oil components such as:
- Linalool
- Linalyl acetate
These substances are responsible for the characteristic scent of lavender and are associated with its gently relaxing effect. In simple terms, the aroma and plant compounds work together to help the body and mind shift from “alert mode” toward a quieter, more restful balance. This makes lavender tea a popular choice for an evening ritual or during moments when it is hard to unwind.
Product Format and Traditional Use
This product is provided as loose dried herbal raw material rather than an extract in capsules. This format allows for a sensory experience that combines:
- The plant substances released into hot water
- The aromatic sensory aspect of drinking a warm, fragrant herbal tea
Lavender has a long history in European herbal traditions, where its flowers were used not only for their pleasant scent but also for their soothing character.
Usage and Important Notes
LEKRASET herbal tea may suit adults who enjoy traditional herbs and want to include a simple botanical infusion in their day. It can fit well into a quiet evening, after demanding work, travel, or emotionally intense periods.
Important Cautions:
- As with other herbs, it is best to pay attention to your personal response.
- If you are sensitive to lavender or other aromatic plants, it is sensible to check with a healthcare professional before use.
- Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking regular medication.

Customer Questions
LEKRASET Lavendliõied are whole dried flowers, not an extract or tea bags, so the way of preparing them differs a little from ordinary tea drinking. Preparation according to the product description: pour a glass of hot boiled water over 1 tablespoon of flowers and heat in a water bath for 15 minutes, stirring often; then cool the infusion, strain it, squeeze out the plant material and top up with boiled water to 200 ml. Take 1 tablespoon of the finished infusion 3 times a day.
In the European herbal tradition, lavender has long been associated with the evening and with pauses in a busy day. Its natural aromatic substances give the infusion a gentle, calm character, so taking it is often linked to an evening ritual, before bed or at a moment when you want to switch off after the working day.
Dried lavender flowers are natural plant material that is sensitive to moisture, light and foreign odours. After opening the pack, it is important to provide proper storage conditions so that the aromatic compounds do not evaporate prematurely.
