Brewing guide
Add 4 tsp (1.2 g) to 200 ml of boiling water, cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and gently press the herbs. Adults - 1/2 cup twice a day 10–15 minutes before meals. Course up to 1 month.

To make an infusion from dried immortelle flower heads, take the amount of herb stated on the packaging and pour 1 glass (200 ml) of boiling water over it. Steep for 10–15 minutes under a lid or saucer so that the volatile compounds do not escape.
