Planeta Zdorovia "KOMPAS ZDOROVJA" Hemp Fiber 150 g is a simple way to add more plant fiber to meals without changing them too much. People usually choose hemp fiber when they want a more filling diet, more variety from seeds, or an easy ingredient for porridge, yogurt, smoothies and home baking.
Its main role is mechanical rather than stimulant. Fiber absorbs water, increases the volume of food in the digestive tract and helps food move through the intestines more smoothly. This is why seed fiber is often used when meals are low in whole grains, vegetables and legumes. Hemp fiber also brings some protein and naturally occurring minerals from the seed, so it is not just a neutral bulking ingredient.

Most pharmacy fibre supplements are isolated fibres: psyllium, inulin, methylcellulose. They contain practically only dietary fibre and nothing else. KANEPIKIUD is ground hemp fibre, that is, a product made from whole plant material, in which plant protein, natural fats and minerals are retained alongside the fibre.
Dietary fibre is something the intestines adapt to gradually. If your usual diet contains little whole grain, vegetables and seeds, adding a large amount of fibre at once often causes temporary discomfort: bloating, rumbling, a feeling of heaviness. This is not a sign that the product is unsuitable for you; the gut microflora and motility are simply readjusting.
