Directions according to the product card (ET/EN): 1–2 tablespoons a day with a glass of water or kefir, 1–3 times a day. The product card gives no separate recommendations on introducing it gradually into the diet or on the time of intake. Not recommended in case of ulcerative diseases of the stomach or intestines and in case of intolerance. Composition: wheat grain husks, apricot, rose hips, apple.
The manufacturer makes no comparison with ordinary wheat bran. According to the composition on the product card, the product consists of wheat grain husks (bran), apricot, rose hips and apple; the percentage ratio of the components is not given.
