Composition: Wheat bran - 85%; Cleansing herbal blend - 15%
Application: Bran is ready for use. Mix 3-4 tablespoons of bran in a glass of kefir, yogurt, or other liquid. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes before consumption. Can be added to food, soups, porridges, etc. It is advisable to divide the daily dose into 2-3 intakes.
