"Figurnoe Pitanie" Siberian Purifying Oat Bran is a wholegrain oat bran product enriched with a traditional Siberian purifying herbal blend. Oat bran consists of the outer layers of the oat grain (Avena sativa), which are particularly rich in soluble dietary fibre — most notably beta-glucan — as well as B-group vitamins and minerals including potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, zinc and iron. The product contains no artificial flavourings, colourings or flavour enhancers.
Oat bran fits naturally into a varied, balanced diet. Its high dietary fibre content supports normal bowel function and contributes to a feeling of satiety. It can be added to yogurt, kefir, porridge, smoothies, salads or baked goods. The herbal blend complement adds additional plant diversity to the formula.
