What This Tea Is
Emelyanovskaya Biofabrika Fermented Willow Herb Tea with Raspberry is a caffeine-free herbal blend combining fermented narrow-leaved willow herb (Ivan tea) with dried raspberry berries and raspberry leaves. People often choose it in the colder season, during busy periods, or simply when they want a soft, fruity herbal infusion instead of black tea or coffee.
Key Ingredients
- Fermented willow herb (Ivan tea) — the main ingredient, valued for its naturally mild, rounded taste. Fermentation deepens and smooths the sharp grassy notes, making the drink fuller and more balanced.
- Raspberry berries — add a gentle sweet-sour note to the blend.
- Raspberry leaves — bring a greener, slightly tannic edge that makes the blend taste more complete.
When and How to Enjoy It
This tea is not meant to act like a medicine. Its role is simpler: to offer warmth, fluid intake and a pleasant herbal drink when you want something soothing and easy to enjoy. It fits well into:
- An evening pause or a quiet morning
- A seasonal tea selection for the whole family
- A practical caffeine-free alternative for those reducing classic tea or coffee
Important Notes
- If you are sensitive to herbs or berries, start with a small amount and see how it suits you.
- During pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you follow a medically restricted diet, check first whether herbal blends with raspberry leaf are appropriate for you.

Customer Questions
Fresh Ivan-chai (rosebay willowherb) has a pronounced grassy taste that not everyone likes. Fermentation is a natural way of processing the leaf: the plant's own enzymes cause oxidation, which changes the aroma and flavour profile of the raw material.
The manufacturer recommends brewing the drink like tea, and the exact preparation instructions are given on the packaging — follow them first and foremost. Below are generally accepted guidelines for fermented willowherb tea.
The drink contains fermented Ivan-chai (rosebay willowherb), raspberries and raspberry leaves. All the ingredients are of plant origin, but this does not mean that the drink suits absolutely everyone.
