Description: Aromatic fermented herbal tea made from willowherb leaves, lingonberry berries, and leaves. Suitable for daily consumption as a hot beverage.

Ingredients: willowherb leaves (Epilobium angustifolium L.), dried lingonberries, lingonberry leaves.
Preparation: Pour 150 ml of boiling water over 1–2 teaspoons (about 2–4 g). Let steep for 3–7 minutes, then strain. Consume warm.
