How should this tea be brewed, and what time of day is it best to drink it?

According to the instructions, 1–2 teaspoons (about 2–4 g) are covered with 150 ml of boiling water, left to steep for 3–7 minutes, strained and drunk warm. Within these limits, the infusion can be made lighter or stronger by adjusting the amount of tea and the steeping time.

In terms of taste, this tea fits well into a relaxed tea break at home, especially in cool weather. It is easy to include in your routine at moments when you want a warm drink without complicated added flavours:

  • with breakfast;
  • during a break;
  • after a walk;
  • instead of your usual tea during the day.

Because it is based on willowherb rather than tea leaves, the drink will suit those who like herbal drinks with character but without excessive astringency. It can be drunk in the morning, afternoon or evening, depending on your mood and preferences.
