Adamov (Bryonia) Root, Comfrey and Marsh Cinquefoil Cream-Balsam is a cosmetic body cream-balsam from the KorolevFarm Adamov range, formulated with a 10-component natural botanical complex built around three principal actives: Bryonia alba (Adam's root, white bryony) root extract, comfrey (Symphytum officinale) root and leaf extract, and marsh cinquefoil (Comarum palustre) extract. Bryonia alba (Adamov koren) is a climbing vine of the Cucurbitaceae family whose root extract has been used in traditional Eastern European topical preparations for many centuries, valued for its warming counter-irritant properties. Comfrey root and leaf extract provides allantoin, mucilage polysaccharides and rosmarinic acid, classic constituents of topical botanical skin care preparations in the European tradition. Marsh cinquefoil (comarum) provides the third key botanical. These three actives are supported by a seven-component botanical complement for a comprehensive warming and skin-conditioning cosmetic formula.

USE: Apply the cream-balsam in circular massage movements to the target area for 3–5 minutes until fully absorbed. Use 2–3 times per day for 3–5 weeks.
WARNINGS: For external use only. Bryonia alba (white bryony) is toxic if ingested — do not ingest; for external use only. Contains comfrey extract (pyrrolizidine alkaloids) — do not apply to broken or damaged skin; limit to short courses (max 4–6 weeks per year on the same area). Avoid contact with eyes. In case of allergic reaction, discontinue use. Not a medicinal product. Keep out of reach of children.

This is a cosmetic cream-balsam for external use, not a medicine. It is intended to be massaged into areas of the body that feel overworked, stiff or tense — typically the back, knees and shoulders — after long sitting, physical effort or during seasonal discomfort. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
The formula is built around a complex of ten plants, with three extracts playing the leading roles:
Apply the cream to clean, unbroken skin over the area that feels stiff or overworked — for example the lower back, knees or shoulders — and work it in with slow circular movements for a few minutes. The texture is designed to give enough slip for this kind of short self-massage, so there is no need to press hard; moderate, comfortable pressure is enough.
The product is for external use only and should not be applied to broken skin. Also avoid prolonged continuous use on the same area: it is better to use it with pauses, or to alternate the zones you massage, rather than applying it to one spot day after day for weeks.
