Apply a small amount of cream-balm to problem areas of the body. Massage gently in circular motions for 3-5 minutes until the cream-balm is completely absorbed.

Bee venom extract is one of the key components of the cream-balm: it is what creates the local warming and invigorating sensation where it is applied. If you have ever had a reaction to bee stings, honey, propolis or other bee products, it is better not to use this product: it is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to its components (here, bee venom extract).
The product was created for application to areas of the body that are under regular strain: the knees, elbows, shoulders, lower back and calves. It is in these areas that the combination of bee venom and sodium chondroitin sulfate gives the most pronounced feeling of warmth and comfort.
Sodium chondroitin sulfate is a substance widely known in the context of joint products. However, it is important to understand the fundamental difference between its forms: in tablets and capsules it enters the body through the digestive tract and acts systemically, whereas in the cream-balm it is a cosmetic ingredient for external use.
