Product Overview
Farm Group FARMGRUPP Mustikavõrsed 50 g is a herbal tea made from blueberry shoots, a traditional plant material used in Northern and Eastern European herbal practice. People usually choose this kind of product when they want a simple botanical addition to meals and prefer loose herbs that are prepared as an infusion rather than capsules or tablets.
Key Components
Blueberry shoots contain naturally occurring plant compounds such as:
- Polyphenols – widely appreciated in herbal and nutrition traditions for their antioxidant role
- Tannins – known for their astringent character
- Flavonoids – valued plant substances that interact with the body as part of a broader plant-based diet
Preparing the shoots with hot water helps draw these water-soluble compounds into the drink.
Product Format
What makes this product interesting is its format: this is not a berry powder or extract, but cut herbal raw material from the young parts of the plant. That gives a more traditional experience and allows you to prepare the infusion strength in the classic way. It may suit adults who enjoy herbal drinks alongside a balanced eating plan, especially those who like rotating different botanical teas through the week instead of relying only on standard beverages.
Important Notes
Because this is a plain herb rather than a standardized extract, the effect is usually gentle and depends on consistent use, preparation method and individual response. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you:
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Are taking medicines
- Plan to use herbal products for a longer period
Avoid use if you know you are sensitive to blueberry plant ingredients.

Customer Questions
Bilberry berries are, for most people, associated with antioxidants and support for eyesight. The shoots are another part of the plant, and in herbal practice they are valued for a different composition: above all for tannins and arbutin.
The standard way to prepare a herbal infusion from dried shoots: 2 tablespoons of the raw material are poured over a glass of boiling water, covered and infused for 15 minutes in a water bath, stirring, then strained and topped up with boiling water to 200 ml. Longer infusion increases the astringency due to the tannins — this is a matter of personal taste. Check the exact dosage and regimen on the product packaging.
FARMGRUPP Mustikavõrsed is a food supplement, not a medicinal product. Nevertheless, before starting a course, it is recommended to consult a specialist in the following cases:
