Triphala means "three fruits", so the capsules contain equal parts of organic amalaki, bibhitaki and haritaki fruits, which make up this combination, known in Ayurveda as a time-tested formula for cleansing the digestive tract, relieving constipation, removing toxins from the intestines and providing relief through elimination and nutrient absorption.
