Triphala effectively helps with constipation, cleanses and tones the digestive tract, purifies blood and the entire body from toxins, improves digestion and nutrient absorption.
COMPOSITION: 4 tablets contain dried extract of Amla (Emblica officinalis) plant 4:1 653.36 mg, dried extract of Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) 4:1 653.32 mg, dried extract of Vibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica) 4:1 653.32 mg, Amla (Emblica officinalis) plant powder 66.68 mg, Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) plant powder 66.64 mg, stabilized polyvinyl, emulsifier pyrrolidone, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, anti-caking agents: talc, silicon dioxide.
USAGE: 2 tablets twice a day before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Most traditional triphala products come as pure powder of amla, haritaki and bibhitaki fruits. GOLDEN CHAKRA Triphala tabletid takes a combined approach: the composition includes both 4:1 dry extracts of amla, haritaki and bibhitaki and powder of amla and haritaki.
Ayurvedic herbal complexes, including triphala, work gently and cumulatively. This fundamentally sets them apart from strong laxatives or enzyme products with a quick, pronounced effect. If you expect a noticeable result within a few hours, triphala is not suitable for this purpose.
Triphala is a herbal complex and, like any food supplement, it may interact with other substances that you take. If you already use other supplements or medicines, you should consult a doctor or pharmacist before starting GOLDEN CHAKRA Triphala tabletid.
