RECOMMENDED DAILY AMOUNT AND DOSAGE: Children 11-18 years: 15 drops; adults: 15-30 drops, 30-40 minutes before bedtime.

The drops were convenient: a small bottle, easy to take with me, and no need to swallow tablets. I mixed them with water before bedtime. The taste is a bit pharmacy-like, but tolerable. I give it 4 only because of the taste and because this kind of product is definitely not for everyday use.
