Magnesium + B6 is a biologically active supplement that helps maintain normal energy metabolism, reduces fatigue and apathy, and promotes the normal functioning of the nervous system. NET QUANTITY: 60 tablets. COMPOSITION: magnesium (magnesium carbonate) (18%), fillers: cellulose, sorbitol, talc, fatty acids, magnesium salts, polyvinylpyrrolidone, vitamin B6.
CONTENT IN 1 TABLET: magnesium - 56.25 mg, vitamin B6 - 1.4 mg.
APPLICATION: for adults, 1-2 tablets per day.
Magnesium is a vital element found in all tissues of the body and is necessary for the normal functioning of cells, participating in most metabolic reactions. It plays a role in regulating the transmission of nerve impulses and muscle contraction. The body obtains magnesium from food. A deficiency of magnesium in the body may occur due to dietary irregularities or an increased need for magnesium (during physical and mental stress, stress, pregnancy, and the use of diuretics). Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is involved in many metabolic processes and the regulation of the nervous system's metabolism. Vitamin B6 improves the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract and its penetration into cells. Magnesium content in serum: - from 12 to 17 mg/l (0.5 – 0.7 mmol/l) indicates moderate magnesium deficiency, - below 12 mg/l (0.5 mmol/l) indicates a severe magnesium deficit.
Pharmacokinetics
The absorption of magnesium in the gastrointestinal tract is not more than 50% of the orally administered dose. 99% of magnesium in the body is inside cells. Approximately 2/3 of intracellular magnesium is distributed in bone tissue, and the other 1/3 is in smooth and striated muscle tissue. Magnesium is predominantly excreted in the urine. At least 1/3 of the administered dose of magnesium is excreted in the urine.
Indications
Established magnesium deficiency, isolated or associated with other deficit states, accompanied by symptoms such as increased irritability, minor sleep disturbances, gastrointestinal spasms or rapid heartbeat, increased fatigue, muscle pains and spasms, tingling sensation.
WARNINGS: individual intolerance to components, pregnancy, breastfeeding. Before use, it is recommended to consult a doctor. In case of allergic reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Store at a temperature of +5ºC to +25ºC, in a dry, light-protected place, out of reach of children.
