Since LEKRASET Lutsern lehed is whole dried plant material rather than an extract or instant powder, the infusion is prepared in the classic way. For one serving, take 1–2 teaspoons of dried leaves, pour hot water over them and leave to infuse as stated in the instructions on the pack. Then strain and drink warm.
Although alfalfa leaves are a traditional plant material with no additives, the reaction to any herb is individual. There are several situations in which you should consult a specialist before drinking the infusion regularly:
