Jutavit Vitamin B6 Tablets is a dietary supplement providing vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxine hydrochloride, packaged in 2×30 ALU-PVC blister packs for optimal freshness and stability. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is a water-soluble essential B-group vitamin that plays a central role in a large number of enzymatic reactions in the body. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has established the following authorized health claims for vitamin B6: "Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism; to normal functioning of the nervous system; to normal functioning of the immune system; to normal psychological function; to normal red blood cell formation; to the regulation of hormonal activity; to normal cysteine synthesis; to normal protein and glycogen metabolism; and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue."
