How to choose protein?
Whey concentrate (WPC 80%) offers the best price-quality ratio for regular exercisers. Plant-based proteins (pea, rice) suit vegan lifestyles. Daily protein needs are 1.6–2.2 g per kg of body weight for active athletes. ICONFIT is a familiar Baltic choice, VAST has an ecological profile.
