ICONFITWhey Protein 80 - CH-STEVIA (1KG)

What is ICONFIT Whey Protein 80 in Chocolate-Stevia flavour

ICONFIT Whey Protein 80 in Chocolate-Stevia flavour is a whey protein concentrate from the Estonian brand ICONFIT, sweetened with stevia instead of sugar or artificial sweeteners. One kilogram of powder provides about 33 servings and is intended for those who want to increase the amount of good-quality protein in their diet without extra calories and sugar.

Composition and amino acid profile

Whey protein is obtained from whey, a by-product of cheese making. In WPC80 concentrate, about 80% is pure protein, and the rest is a small amount of milk fat, lactose and bioactive peptides. This protein has a high biological value and a complete amino acid profile, including all nine essential amino acids and a significant share of BCAAs: leucine, isoleucine and valine. Leucine in particular triggers muscle protein synthesis after physical exercise.

When and how to take it

Whey is absorbed quickly, within 30–60 minutes of intake, so it is often taken right after a workout, when the muscles need building blocks for recovery. It is just as logical to have a serving in the morning, between main meals or in the evening if you cannot get the required amount of protein from regular food during the day. The approximate requirement for an active person is 1.4–2.0 g of protein per kilogram of body weight.

Features of this version

• Chocolate flavour with stevia — no added sugar, aspartame or acesulfame; stevia provides sweetness with zero calories.
• Concentrate, not isolate — retains the natural whey peptides and offers a more affordable price per gram of protein.
• Simple composition — no unnecessary fillers; suitable for shakes, oatmeal, baking and homemade protein desserts.
• Local brand — ICONFIT produces sports nutrition in Estonia, which makes quality control and logistics simpler.

Who it is for and important notes

The product is suitable for people who regularly do strength training, running or functional fitness, as well as for those who watch their body composition or follow a reduced-sugar diet. Because the base is whey, the protein contains lactose and is not suitable for people with lactose intolerance or a milk protein allergy. In case of chronic kidney or liver conditions, or during pregnancy, consult a doctor before adding concentrated protein to your diet. This is a food supplement and not a substitute for a complete diet.
