Using a higher-pH cleanser daily can strip protective lipids and disturb the microbiome, leading to dryness, irritation, or increased susceptibility to discomfort.
The product avoids common irritants: it contains no soap, no alcohol, and uses a micellar cleansing system that is generally better tolerated than traditional surfactant-based washes.
