VITATEKA Valerian 20 mg is a food supplement in tablet form. The product contains valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), which helps reduce nervous tension and promotes calming.
One tablet contains 20 mg of valerian root extract. Adults are recommended to take 1 tablet 2 times a day.

NET QUANTITY: 50 tablets
INGREDIENTS: 2 tablets contain: valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) (7:1) - 40 mg. Excipients: corn starch, gelatin, modified starch, calcium carbonate, talc, salts of fatty acids, sucrose, thickener (acacia gum), glazing agent (beeswax), carbon dioxide, colour: tartrazine. Tartrazine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE AND DOSAGE: Adults: 1 tablet 2 times a day.
CONTENT PER DAILY DOSE:
- Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) (7:1) - 40 mg
WARNINGS: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of children.
