Recommended daily dosage:
1 ml (32 drops)

Propolis is made by bees from resinous plant substances and is a bee product, in the same group as honey, beeswax and royal jelly. If you have a confirmed or suspected sensitivity to honey, propolis or any other bee-derived substances, it is better to avoid this tincture.
Ethanol is one of the most effective solvents for extracting active substances from propolis: flavonoids, phenolic compounds and aromatic resins. The alcohol-based form also keeps the product stable during storage. That is why most traditional propolis tinctures are alcohol-based.
