Unlike invigorating complexes, the VITATEKA ÕHTUSED formula is aimed at gently reducing inner tension at the end of the day. The main emphasis is on components that support the natural transition from daytime activity to a calm state.
The recommended dose on the label is 1 capsule by mouth 1–2 times in the evening for adults, with water; 2 capsules a day provide 131.2 mg of magnesium and 100% of the daily value of vitamins B6 and B12. For the best effect it is recommended to take them in the evening, when the body starts to slow down.
