According to the card, 1 capsule has fish oil with an omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid content of 1000 mg, of which EPA (18%, 180 mg) and DHA (12%, 120 mg), and vitamin E 10 mg α-TE. Whether this is enough, the card does not assess; dose: 1 capsule a day after meals, the pack has 30 capsules. The manufacturer links the product with the heart and the cardiovascular system, the brain and the nervous system – the card gives no confirmation.
On the card, vitamin E is named in the composition as D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, 10 mg α-TE in 1 capsule, next to the fish oil. Why it is added and how it goes with the fish oil, the card does not explain.
The card contains no warnings or contraindications, so it cannot be said from it who must not take the product. It gives the composition, the dose (1 capsule a day after meals) and a pack of 30 capsules.
