Omega 3-Vitum forte Oleofarm is a supplement with a high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids to support the heart, brain, vision and protection of cells from oxidative stress. The product is based on fish oil from whole small cold-water fish: each capsule contains 1100 mg of fish oil with 65% omega-3, including EPA and DHA.
The main substances in the formula are EPA and DHA. These omega-3 acids help the normal functioning of the heart, while DHA additionally supports normal brain function and vision. The manufacturer states that the beneficial effect for the heart is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA, and for the brain and vision with 250 mg of DHA per day. 1 capsule contains 363 mg of EPA and 242 mg of DHA, while 2 capsules contain 726 mg of EPA and 484 mg of DHA, so the product provides a noticeable dosage without the need to take many capsules.
