"OLEOFARM" Ligunin Meno Comfort is a food supplement for women. The product contains extracts of red clover, flaxseed, hop and ashwagandha root, calcium, vitamin D and biotin.

INGREDIENTS: calcium carbonate, red clover extract (Trifolium pratense), standardised to 8% isoflavone content; filler: cellulose; common flax seed extract (Linum usitatissimum), standardised to 20% flax lignan content; ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), standardised to at least 5% withanolide content; common hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; cholecalciferol (vitamin D); D-biotin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Adults: 2 tablets daily after a meal.

The formula combines 7 active components: flax lignans, hop cone extract, red clover extract, ashwagandha, calcium, vitamin D and biotin. Flax lignans, hops and red clover are plant components often used in supplements for women during menopause, because they help supplement the diet with phytoestrogens.
