Callus Plaster “Salipod” is a convenient solution for caring for rough skin and dry corns. Impregnated with a special mass containing active components, the plaster helps gently remove the hardened layer of skin, leaving the feet smoother and well-groomed.
- Gentle action: contains 30–35% salicylic acid, which helps soften and carefully remove hardened skin areas.

Ingredients: natural rubber, technical sulfur, salicylic acid, anhydrous lanolin, mineral (vaseline) oil, pine rosin, pine resin, antioxidant additive Agidol-1, cotton fabric, adhesive plaster “Uniplast fixing” or “Veropharm”.
How to use: apply the plaster to clean, dry skin over the corn and leave for 1–2 days. After removal, gently take off the softened skin. Repeat if necessary.

OLKO Salipod callus plaster is a keratolytic patch for dry corns and thickened skin on the feet. People usually choose this type of plaster when friction from shoes has led to a dense, rough area that is difficult to soften with cream alone. The patch keeps the active layer in close contact with the problem spot, so the hardened surface can gradually loosen and become easier to remove.
Key components
The main active ingredient is salicylic acid at a fairly strong concentration. It helps break down the "glue" that holds dead skin cells tightly together. Other components include:
- Salicylic acid: helps loosen the compact layer of dead skin
- Sulfur: often used alongside salicylic acid in classic corn plasters

Before applying, wash the skin of the feet and dry it thoroughly: a damp surface makes the plaster stick less well and may reduce the concentration of the active substance on the target area. Cut or choose a piece of plaster to match the size of the corn: it should cover just the hardened area without extending onto the healthy skin around it.
Salicylic acid is an active keratolytic, which is exactly why the OLKO SALIPOD plaster is intended strictly for areas with a dense keratinised layer: dry corns and calluses. On healthy or thin skin it may cause irritation, burning or damage.
A wet corn (blister) and a dry corn are fundamentally different skin conditions, and the products for them are not interchangeable. A blister is a protective reaction to acute friction: fluid builds up under the skin, and the surface stays soft and is often painful. A plaster with salicylic acid must not be applied to such an area: the active substance is intended to soften a dense horny layer, and on damaged or inflamed skin it will cause irritation.
