Ingredients:
Natural food-grade mustard powder - 3 g in each sachet.
Directions:
Shake the sachet to distribute the powder evenly across the 4 cells. Dip into warm water for 3-4 seconds, place the porous side on the skin where needed and cover with a dry towel. If a strong burning sensation occurs, remove after 3-10 minutes.
Recommended schedule: apply to the same area every other day.
Important:

Vitateka mustard plasters are intended for external use on limited areas of the body: the back, neck, chest, muscles and joints. These are the areas where stiffness is most often felt after getting chilled, physical exertion or staying in one position for a long time.
Before use, the plaster needs to be soaked in warm water: it is contact with warm water that activates the mustard powder inside the cells. The plaster is then placed on the chosen area of skin porous side down and covered with a dry towel.
