The balm is intended to be applied to the skin in a small amount; when chilled, it can be applied to the feet. The balm can be used 1-2 times a day.
Many warming products contain several active ingredients at once, for example camphor, menthol, essential oils of conifers or pepper extract. Each of them has its own character of action on the skin, and together they give a more intense or multi-sided effect.
