Vitateka mustard plasters are intended for external use on limited areas of the body: the back, neck, chest, muscles and joints. These are the areas where stiffness is most often felt after getting chilled, physical exertion or staying in one position for a long time.
When choosing where to apply it, it is important to consider the condition of the skin in that particular area. The plaster must not be applied to damaged, irritated or inflamed skin, even if the area itself (the back, for example) is generally suitable. Before the procedure, make sure the skin at the chosen spot is clean and has no visible damage.
The sachet format with cells lets you apply the plaster to a precise spot, which is convenient for small areas, such as a particular muscle group or a specific joint. The powder is already distributed inside, so no extra preparation is needed.
The intensity of the warmth may feel different depending on the area: the skin on the chest and neck is usually more sensitive than on the back. If the burning becomes strong, stop the procedure without waiting for the recommended time to end. If your skin is prone to irritation, it is best to consult a specialist before the first use.
