USE: Place 1 teaspoon (1.5–2.0 g) or 1 filter bag in a cup and pour over 200 ml of freshly boiled water. Steep for 15 minutes, then strain. Adults and children over 14 years: 1 cup (200 ml) three times a day, with meals. Recommended course: 1 month. The course may be repeated if desired.
