REALCAPS Oomega-3 600 mg on klassikaline kalaõli preparaat kapslites, mis pakub organismile asendamatuid oomega-3 rasvhappeid EPA ja DHA. Koostis ja toimeained

Each capsule contains 600 mg of fish oil, and roughly one third of that is made up of omega-3 fatty acids — primarily EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). This is worth understanding before buying, because "600 mg" on the label refers to the total fish oil, not to pure omega-3 content.
The key practical rule with fish oil is to take it with food, ideally a meal that contains some fat. EPA and DHA are fat-soluble compounds, and the presence of dietary fat in the meal supports their absorption. Taking capsules on an empty stomach is less effective and is also the most common cause of the unpleasant "fishy burps" some people experience.
This is precisely the audience the product is designed for. The manufacturer names two typical situations: adults who rarely eat oily sea fish (salmon, mackerel, herring, sardines), and those who follow a more plant-based diet.
Fish oil is one of the more storage-sensitive supplement categories. The polyunsaturated fatty acids in it — including EPA and DHA — are prone to oxidation, and exposure to light, warmth and air speeds this process up. Oxidised fish oil develops a rancid smell and taste and loses its value, so storage genuinely affects what you get from the product.
