Realcaps Vitamins A+E is a food supplement from the Realcaps range, providing a combination of two essential fat-soluble vitamins — vitamin A (retinol palmitate) and vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol acetate) — in a single soft gelatin capsule. Vitamin A (retinol) is an essential fat-soluble nutrient involved in normal vision and light perception, normal cell growth and differentiation, skin and mucous membrane integrity and the maintenance of normal immune function. Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol) is a key lipid-soluble antioxidant in human cell membranes, contributing to protection of cells from oxidative stress (EU health claim, Reg. 1924/2006). The capsule formula uses a vegetable oil base (sunflower, soybean or olive oil) as the carrier for the fat-soluble vitamins, ensuring optimum absorption.
EU authorised health claims: Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, normal skin and mucous membranes, normal iron metabolism and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

COMPOSITION: Refined vegetable oil (sunflower, soybean or olive), Alpha-Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E), Retinol Palmitate (Vitamin A) with BHT antioxidant. Capsule shell: Gelatin, Glycerol, Water, Benzoin (preservative).
CONTENT PER DAILY DOSE: Vitamin E 65 mg | Vitamin A 2400 µg (see product label for NRV).
USE: Adults: 1 capsule 1 time per day with food. Swallow with a glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended dose — excessive vitamin A intake (retinol) is harmful; long-term high-dose use is not recommended during pregnancy. Contains gelatin (animal-derived) and soy oil.
