The tablets are based on brewer's yeast — a traditional source of amino acids, B vitamins and minerals in a natural combination. It is not a synthetic isolate but a whole product of fermentation that has been used in nutrition science for several decades.
Nagipol 1 is not a quick-fix product. It is a supplement for gradually replenishing nutrients, and its logic is based on the fact that hair and nails renew slowly: a nail grows about 3 mm a month, and hair about 1 cm. This means that any changes related to the nourishment of these tissues become noticeable no earlier than after several weeks of regular use.
Nagipol 1 is a food supplement, not a medicine, but it contains ingredients that require attention in certain circumstances.
