Nagipol 1 is a food supplement, not a medicine, but it contains ingredients that require attention in certain circumstances.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: the supplement must not be used during pregnancy, and while breastfeeding its use should be agreed with a doctor.
- Chronic conditions and medication: iron, calcium and B vitamins may interact with a number of drugs (for example, iron affects the absorption of some antibiotics). If you take medication on a regular basis, check with a specialist.
- Sensitivity to yeast: brewer's yeast is the main ingredient. If you have a known yeast intolerance or related reactions, be cautious.
- Digestive issues: the supplement is not used in case of diarrhoea; if you have a chronic gastrointestinal condition, nutrient absorption may differ from the norm.
Otherwise, the supplement is generally well tolerated by healthy adults. The main thing is not to exceed the recommended dose and not to take several complexes with overlapping ingredients at the same time, so as not to get too much of individual nutrients.
