Swanson Hair, Skin & Nails is a dietary supplement combining three key nutrients recognised for their role in normal hair, skin and nail maintenance: MSM (methylsulfonylmethane — a natural organic sulphur compound), biotin and silica from horsetail (Equisetum arvense) extract. The formula is further enriched with a B-group vitamin complex. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, normal skin and normal nails, and also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal functioning of the nervous system. B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. MSM is a naturally occurring organic sulphur source; silicon from horsetail provides naturally occurring orthosilicic acid precursors. 60 capsules per pack.
